Called them for a quote, was told they would assess the work I want done and would call me back by COB and never heard from them again.
Do not come back and fix problem if having one. Does not return calls. Awful service.
The rep who came out knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it within 5 minutes. He was great! However, I am disappointed with the company as it was a problem that could have been addressed over the phone when I called. But I believe they wanted the one hour service charge.
