Very friendly! Thank you Bill for your help today. You took the time to explain my issue and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Straight up and honest.
The rep who came out knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it within 5 minutes. He was great! However, I am disappointed with the company as it was a problem that could have been addressed over the phone when I called. But I believe they wanted the one hour service charge.
Jimmy came out to my home to inspect some electrical work done by another electrical contractor. He did a thorough job and gave me some very sound advice on how to move forward. I had a very good experience with this company and would use them the next time I have another electrical service need.
