I thank you for the wonderful care & concern that was given to me & unfortunately he informed me my 18 yr old heat pump/ac was out of commission. He'd see if he could find something I could afford but as a disabled, widowed,senior citizen raising a special needs grandchild & living on social security, that's not possible. I will find some window units & get help at church to help me put them in after getting the funds to cover them. God bless you for the wonderful Christian gentleman you sent out. God bless you all!
Employees have poor customer relations with customers. Chick filt have the best employees customer, maybe Macdonald needs to step up their employees to a higher standard.
