Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable! They came the same day it was much appreciated with such high temperatures outside.

Awful, no professionalism. I set an appt for 3:15pm, leave work early to ensure I can meet the service tech at my house. The appt time. comes and goes...I wait till about 3:30 then I call the company and the clerk says, "they are on the way but I don't know when they'll be there"'. A total of two hours go by and no call. So at 5:15pm they roll up... Guy jumps out and says "so you gotta problem with your AC?...." Seriously... even if I did you are not gonna be the one to touch it.,lol. The guy doesn't even mention the fact that he is two hours late. I guess my time isnt valuable enough for this company to care about. I asked him what happened and he said my battery died so ya kno... it's not my fault. If this is an example of how this company handles a simple thing like showing up to a job, I wouldn't even consider letting that crew near my AC unit.

Call them around 1:15 a hour later we were cooling again. Everyone was extremely polite and I would definitely recommend them.
