I bought a new unit from them 2 months ago. I have currently had them come back 3 different times! The thermostat does not control both heating and cooling so the house becomes super heated when it is suppose to cool. They stated that the thermostat had a bad batch The first time, the next two times they stated that that Honeywell was messing up. I asked for a different manufacture and they said the do not and would not carry or support anything other than what they install. They also stated that if they come out on weekends or evening I would have to pay for the overtime. I ask you a question would this be a company you want to do business with?????? Please use another company if possible. The bad attitude and horrible service makes this company someone NOT to use!

Awful, no professionalism. I set an appt for 3:15pm, leave work early to ensure I can meet the service tech at my house. The appt time. comes and goes...I wait till about 3:30 then I call the company and the clerk says, "they are on the way but I don't know when they'll be there"'. A total of two hours go by and no call. So at 5:15pm they roll up... Guy jumps out and says "so you gotta problem with your AC?...." Seriously... even if I did you are not gonna be the one to touch it.,lol. The guy doesn't even mention the fact that he is two hours late. I guess my time isnt valuable enough for this company to care about. I asked him what happened and he said my battery died so ya kno... it's not my fault. If this is an example of how this company handles a simple thing like showing up to a job, I wouldn't even consider letting that crew near my AC unit.

I thank you for the wonderful care & concern that was given to me & unfortunately he informed me my 18 yr old heat pump/ac was out of commission. He'd see if he could find something I could afford but as a disabled, widowed,senior citizen raising a special needs grandchild & living on social security, that's not possible. I will find some window units & get help at church to help me put them in after getting the funds to cover them. God bless you for the wonderful Christian gentleman you sent out. God bless you all!
