Thank you Anthony for coming to the rescue! I'm in a brand new house with no air and he immediately came out to the house. He found that the internal fan motor burnt out. The warrantee of the installation group had expired but Anthony was able to get the manufacture to warrantee the unit and have a new one installed within a few days!
