Clay is reliable, personable, honest, and an expert at what he does. He came by to inspect the job and gave us an estimate which was better than his competitors. Once we agreed on the term, we scheduled another appointment for the installation. Again, the job was completed on time as expected. A week ago our unit went out so we made calls to about 4 companies and they all came out and left 4 -5 quotes on different units. Not knowing which direction to go I have a client who's a good friend of mine and told him my unit is a 3 ton 9 seer I think so any unit would be a upgrade he recommended 3 ton 16 seer so I looked over all the quotes and brands reported back to my wife and told her since I'm on bed rest which company seem to care the most she said the last guy Clay and Richard then I said brand don't matter call them and let's go. They were so quiet with the install I slept through the entire process all I know is it felt COLD AIR!!! now they have a customer for life. Thank you Artic Air!! Clay was very professional. He made sure he found the same Lenox thermostat before He scheduled the appointment. The technician arrived right on time the next day. He did diagnosis and replacement of my thermostat with a new one. He collected all the details for filing a warranty. He stayed till heat and cool functions were verified.
