We have been using Arctic Blast for all our HVAC needs for the last eight years. Clay and his team are always on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They installed all 3 of our AC units and happily replaced a new unit that malfunctioned within a few weeks of the install. We have used Artic Blast in emergency situations and Clay quickly responds to calls, is great at analyzing the problem and coming up with a solution. They go over and beyond to make sure you understand not only the work that is to be performed, but also provides a broader understanding of the operations of the units. Call on a Saturday afternoon to get a quote on a new HVAC system. Sunday morning Clay showed up promptly and was a pleasure. He genuinely cared about provided quotes for systems that matched our needs. Additionally, hats off to the install team led by Richard that managed to get the furnace into our tiny attic space.
