Kurt came out and fixed our pipe that burst. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing. He also installed an emergency shut off to the area. The service was quick and not overly expensive. All of the people I spoke to in scheduling were helpful and friendly. Very happy! Service: Plumbing pipe repair
David was on time and did a great job attempting to replicate the issue I reported. Our unit suddenly started making a strange rattling sound. The best part is he did not attempt to diminish the value of my concern even though he could not replicate the problem. In fact he went above and beyond retightening examining and securing every single fastener on my unit.
Beside doing the repair. Jason thought us a lot of stuff that we did not know. Very friendly and professional. Gave us great advice when it comes to saving $$$ on electricity bill from the AC unit.
