I had a water leek, Mike Pharr was awesome! Very professional, courteous, and timely. He was able to locate the problem and fix it. I would highly recommend him.
Cedric was sooo incredibly helpful to me as a realtor trying to help a client. We couldn't get in the house because they forgot to cage their large barking dog, so he helped us figure out to turn on the unit remotely so he could service it remotely. It needed less refrigerant than he estimated and they are so happy we helped the. I LOVE this company and it's employees are their key to happy customers. Cedric absolutely ROCKS.
