Darling called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He was respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did a full diagnosis and gave me a recommendation for my unit. I joined the Advantage Program; which is twice the price for a NEW unit. Hopefully, the seasonal maintenance in the future will balance the cost of the unit. I will definitely request Darlin for my maintenance services.
Rob and Aaron were great!! I called the company only hours before they came out. They got here right on time and were super knowledgeable about their craft. Didn't recommend me anything I didn't need, which I appreciate considering HVAC is NOT my realm. 10/10 would recommend Coastal! Service: HVAC duct & vent repair
We have 5 units in our house, so it normally takes the technician(s) all day to complete our maintenence. Jessie and Aaron came out this time and was finished by 1pm. Jessie explained everything in detail for all units and also jotted the detail in the notes of our paperwork for us to review later. They were very courteous and professional.
