Coastal Service Experts

Jessie from coastal Service was a big reassurance for my system. Almost a year and still running strong with no issue. He did his work proficiently and an answered all questions I had about my systems condition.

My name is Anthony and I had the pleasure of meeting Eugene and Rey when they came out to tune up and service my air conditioning units. Eugene and Rey are the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. I learned a lot and I found out that my units were not being service or thoroughly maintain by their examples, methods and performance to my units. I highly recommend these gentlemen because they are truly service experts.

I had an appointment for today between 2-4…at 4:45 I decided to call the main office as the tech had not shown up at that point…I received a call earlier in the day asking if we still needed our appoint (I scheduled one, so yes)…when I called the office the woman who took my phone call initially stated that he was still at the call before us. After a lengthy hold, I was told “since you didn’t answer or call us back, he moved to the next job on his list.” I feel like I’m in an episode of Seinfeld; so you can make the reservation, but you can’t KEEP the reservation. I had someone at the house all prepared for the appointment, but since I was busy at work and couldn’t return your phone call, I just get skipped and blown off (without notification by the way). Really disappointed in the blatant lack of customer service!
