Dickerson Heating and Air has provided consistently great service. We have the same technician who services our home and he is always kind and professional. We had a heating/air unit installed and they did not overcharge us. When there was an issue with one of the ducts, they fixed it quickly and at no cost. However, what impressed me most is when they asked if they could come early for my service appointment in order to have to time to help an elderly woman without heat. Awesome company. Great communication. They called when on the way, as well as an email with a picture of the tech so you know who to expect. Jacob Queen was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing, as well as all my options. I have a very old Heat Pump(prob over 30yrs old) but was never pressured to upgrade or replace. He was able to fix my current unit, as well as give me pricing should we decided to upgrade. Will definitely call them again if needed. Service: Repair HVAC

We really enjoyed using Dickerson HVAC! From the start, they were very knowledgeable and professional. I called and they set an appointment up for me that same day. Alex came out to do our initial assessment and spent over 2 hours looking into our 2 systems and was so knowledgeable about everything, it really helped instill confidence in the company.
