I requested service and my appointment was scheduled for Svc within 2 days of request (non-emergency). Gil (technician) reached out when he was en route (early part of my Svc window). Galbreath provided a pic of the tech and a brief bio. Made my family feel comfortable they knew who was coming and I thought it was pretty cool they shared a little about Gil personally. Gil determined what the problem was, what we needed, a price and was able to fix it prior to leaving. Gil also recommended a company to repair damage done that was incurred prior to his repair.
