Georgia Air is great! They were able to get us in the schedule quickly for an intermittent cooling issue. The tech Brandan, was on time and did a superb job. He walked me through what he was doing and gave recommendations on how to make our house more comfortable in the summer, save on our energy bill, and other tips. Definitely recommend Georgia Air! Georgia Air's customer service has been top notch! Steven Yount is such a hard working professional! He installed our HVAC all by himself and worked non stop the whole time he was here both days. He had to come back this morning and again this afternoon and is always such a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. We will recommend your company to any one, and he is a big reason why!
Our technicians Steven and Mackenzie were professional, polite, and respectful of our property at all times and were able to get our new unit installed even quicker than expected while ensuring the unit was working properly before finishing. Chad was so helpful throughout the process as well and was responsive and flexible with our schedule to get us back up and running. The office staff was helpful with scheduling as well, and keeping us updated on tech arrival times, all around a great experience.
