My husband was impressed from the first call when he was told the salesman would call him in 10 minutes and Josh called back in five. Then Angel and his crew was able to start the job early and finish within one day. It did take a while for them to come back and install the conversion kit but Harry did a fantastic job. I called for after hours service for our A/C that went out. It was about 90 degrees in our home. I have a contract with a company but they could not fit me in that evening. Dyess did though!! The tech kept me informed of his possible arrival time. When he arrived he was very professional and quickly found the problem and fixed it. The cost was much less than I anticipated given the situation. The tech even told me the part was a warranty item, which I had no ideal and saved me money!! I definitely recommended Dyess! Above and beyond service!!
