Heck Plumbing handles all of my company's commercial plumbing needs and does an excellent job. I needed to have a tankless water heater issue taken care of that resulted in a replacement. The Heck Team and Roger performed so far above my expectations that it is simply difficult to explain. He was genuinely concerned about getting hot water back in our home. He immediately called a local supply house and had the entire project completed the next day. I truly appreciate having a local service provider I can trust. Well Done!!

They came to my dad's house to fix plumbing that was never connected properly with my dad received his house. We went through actual plumbing company so he didn't have to have work done on his side. But when the guy came he didn't finish the job leading the water flowing from the price going to be outside. He tried to come at night and do it on his own way and had to keep coming back. So we called the company and they said my dad would have to pay another $300 period my dad's 83 years old and they tried to rip my dad off and they know his situation before we even hired them for the job period it was not an hourly job it was an estimate job and it should have been completed right the first time when the guy came period there should never have been a reason for him to continue to come back day after day even if you felt he had to do it on his own time which should never have been the case exclamation point exclamation point this company is garbage and every sense of the word!!!!! DO NOT

If I could give zero stars I would. No customer service skills at all. They were scheduled to come out they day after I called and didn't show up. When I was finally able to reach them by phone in the afternoon they said it was a scheduling error and didn't get it on the board so then they were going to come the next day. They called the next day and said they needed to order something to do a flush so it would be either the next day or two, to which I told him I would be off on the second day so he said he would come then(that was to be on Friday). It's now Saturday and no call and no show). They have lost my business and I sure wouldn't recommend or refer anyone to this company.
