We used Best Rate heating and air many times at different homes. Have never been unsatisfied with any work. They took out an entire system including ductwork and registers recently and we could not be happier. Months back we set a date that would work for us and the morning of set date work began! Ran out of Freon and it was so hot. Home warranty had another contractor that said 2 weeks before they could come out. Called Best Rate and they were there the next day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Office staff lady that scheduled was quick at getting someone there and super nice. The guys that came out had it fixed and running in less than an hour. I highly Recommend this company if you need anything fixed. Service: HVAC system maintenance
