I am buying a house and I needed someone to come out and inspect the 27yr old gas water heater and DRP came out on time, but charged me 178.00 to do nothing! The control panel on the water heater needed replaced and the tech assured me it could be replaced since the water heater tank itself never goes bad, it’s the components unless it’s leaking or rusting out, which it wasn’t. This was 3 weeks ago and I called numerous times to get a quote on repair in which the tech was supposed to have called me several times and never did and then when I talked with Jessica she had said the WH was probably to old and it would need replaced since the parts probably weren’t available.I sent pictures of the water heater and never have gotten ONE phone call back or follow up! You would think after paying 178.00 for 15 minutes would warrant a call back and want earn someone’s business. They seem to be knowledgeable but the follow through lacks badly! I'm 76 years old, so I speak from experience on using a plumber. There aren't enough accolades available to praise this organization. From the technician (Chris) to the service desk (Jessica) I was met with the utmost professionalism and candor. Service charges were very reasonable and affordable, timing was unreproachable from start to finish. I can't say enough about my pleasure and satisfaction with "Down Right Plumbing". I don't hesitate telling you to use these folks at your first opportunity, Chris installed two toilet assy's and a kitchen faucet unit in record time. Great people and service. No longer providing timely service. One month since service was requested. Manager has yet to submit estimate to insurance company. Having sewage line problem with no effort toward resolution . Don't depend on them. For yrs they provided good service.
