Our unit wasn’t cooling and we called North Georgia Heating and Air. Our technician was Chad Taylor and he was very upfront and honest with my husband on what our choices were. We opted to go with a new unit. Chad took our information and we were approved. Chad was very friendly and explained our options to us. We would highly recommend North Georgia Heating and Air. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service! The heat went out on our vacation rental on a Friday night and N GA Heating and Air had someone out within an hour. Jeremy diagnosed and fixed the problem. He made my guests very happy and saved my reservation. I really appreciate his communication, followup and his great customer service.
