My HVAC system was not cooling so I logged the call which was assigned to Chris Sutherland and let me tell you that it was such a treat to work with him. He was on time and took all the safety precautions appropriate to recent times. He did the thorough diagnosis and fixed the issue in No time. I was amazed to see how skilled and knowledgeable he is, as he explained the details thoroughly and provided a clear understanding of our HVAC system. Had my regular scheduled maintenance today with technician Steve. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly, performed the maintenance quickly and efficiently, and was very professional. Comfort Control Heating and Air Conditioning is a great place to do business with as they are very good at keeping you well informed, are professional and courteous.
