We just finished our exterior carriage house remodel with Dr Roof. This was the second time we used them because of the great experience we had when they replaced the roof on our main house. They did a fantastic job on the carriage house. They replaced the roof shingles and had to extend the roof eves on all sides because we were adding a brick exterior. Excellent work, it looks amazing! They brought in a subcontractor for the brick work and that also turned out amazing. They installed hardy board siding for the half timbering and installed new windows and door. Then painted it all. When I called Dr Roof, they made an appointment for Dan Clark to come out within the next few days to do a full inspection and estimate for a new roof and gutters. He completed the inspection confirming what other inspectors had already told me and laid out my options for low cost, mid range and more expensive roof replacement options. Dan explained everything in a language I could easily understand and I was able to find a reasonably priced option for my house. The work was scheduled within a few weeks and completed over a day and a half including gutters and an additional shed. The work was top notch. No trash or nails left in my yard and my roof looks beautiful. I found the company to be honest, reasonably priced and good at what they do. I would absolutely do business with them again. We had a great experience with Dr. Roof! From our initial meeting with Andrew Crumle, who not only inspected our roof but patiently answered our questions throughout the process. His honesty and professionalism is truly refreshing. We felt like family! On the day of the job, Brandon and his team arrived early and didn't stop until the job was done.
