I live in a townhouse community. Dr Roof is doing roof replacement on 59 units. This company has a lot of very hardworking roofers. They tarped off areas where flowers or patio furniture needed protection from falling debris. Because they were fully staffed, they worked fast and were ahead of schedule. After the roof was finished, they clean up anything on the ground and sweep the grounds with a magnet to make sure there are no nails. The roof looks great! Thank you Dr Roof! When I called Dr Roof, they made an appointment for Dan Clark to come out within the next few days to do a full inspection and estimate for a new roof and gutters. He completed the inspection confirming what other inspectors had already told me and laid out my options for low cost, mid range and more expensive roof replacement options. Dan explained everything in a language I could easily understand and I was able to find a reasonably priced option for my house. The work was scheduled within a few weeks and completed over a day and a half including gutters and an additional shed. The work was top notch. No trash or nails left in my yard and my roof looks beautiful. I found the company to be honest, reasonably priced and good at what they do. I would absolutely do business with them again. DR. Roof made the process open and understandable from the moment they arrived for the estimate until the final work was completed. Their communications were timely, concise and fully met our expectations to keep us informed. The worker kept us in the loop about what he was doing and made sure we felt like all was going as expected before leaving. I will definitely call Dr. Roof again for future work.
