We have used another company for many years and as they grew they become less responsive to our needs and have not communicated. We decided to try out Northpoint Heat & Air and have had the BEST experience since starting this relationship. The service tech from the beginning is on time and takes the time to really go over the system (Armondo). Could not be more pleased! We had to replace our 18 year old and 25 year old system today and the install crew (Steve & Tony) was on time and actually early to get the two AC units installed. They completed the job on time and did a great job with the install. Everything was neat, tight and installed with a positive experience. Great small company to work with from the owner to the OP's manager and the Techs. Greatly recommend North Point Heating & Air. After using a different service provider for the last 2 yrs, we decided to contact another HVAC company about repairs to our air conditioning unit. Our previous service provider gave us an estimate of almost $3900 (in which they suggested we basically replace a circuit board, dampers, and thermostats throughout our house), we decided to get a second opinion. After speaking with and getting estimates from two more HVAC repair companies, we decided to go with North Point. The decision paid off to the tune of over $3000. After the North Point technician did a thorough check of the system, he discovered that there was a short in our outdoor unit that was causing the damage to the circuit board. After a quick repair, we were up and running and it has been working perfectly since. The repair was completed the second week of July. JULY 23'- It makes my heart hurt to see how reviews have gone in the tank. The North Pointe family experienced a tragic loss and ended up selling to Casteel. Please understand they didn't sell because they wanted to. There was no other choice. Please keep the North Pointe HVAC family in your prayers. I hope Casteel starts to take care of their customers as well as North Pointe used to. AE ××××××××××××××××× Timely service (even after hours!!) They also offer payment plans because HVAC systems don't care whether you can afford to fix it or not. They break down at the worst times possible!!
