I required air conditioning services because the unit was blowing hot air. They offered a great Spring AC Check for 59.00. After Dalton did an excellent job of assessing troubleshooting and then collaborating with his manager; he gave me an estimate of the probable cost to correct the problem. The price was right and he began the work. He and the other employees went to work on getting the problems resolved. The other two gentlemen were equally as qualified. Dalton was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous, an asset to the TE company. I will request him if I should require further concerns with my AC System. This is fundamentally one of the very best companies I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. I cannot say enough about their courtesy, their timeliness, their communication, and their professionalism. Everything about my experience with them was above board. I had to replace my entire electrical panel, they did the job in time, at a great price, and with great integrity and detail (Kyle). Unfortunately, we had a bit of an issue with my HVAC system after the change and my AC stopped working on a hot July day. I called them at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend, somebody was there to answer the phone on the second ring, a very pleasant person (Jennifer). I explained what was going on, and Jennifer had a service manager (Russ) call me back within 20 minutes. We troubleshooted over the phone and we agree that we will talk in the morning. 7 AM the next morning Kyle texts me and says he can come first thing in the morning and he’s here within an hour. Mind you

We experienced a power surge that required a new electrical panel and other upgrades to our 1950s ranch. We were very impressed with the responsiveness of the TE staff. They were highly communicative and helpful in this significant electrical upgrade. I highly recommend this company and give a shout out to Remus, our lead electrician.
