Technician carefully explained all details regarding the work we needed. He pointed out several options and helped us find one that was cost effective and met our needs. Kyle was on-time, very professional, kept us apprised of progress, and when completed, made sure we fully understood how to use the newly installed equipment. The quote for the work was right in the ballpark for what I expected. Will call TE every time we need electrical work and will always request Kyle as our tech.

I had TE Certified install a whole home backup generator. Austin Ferguson was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The team showed up on time, got the job done, and kept all work areas clean. I have been a long time customer of TE Certified (back when they were called Thrasher Electric). I appreciate the quality of service they have consistently provided over the years.

My AC system went out yesterday and needed to have it serviced. I called TE who I have worked with in the past and based off previous experiences I knew they would do an awesome job. KUDOS to Cameron and Ryan who came out today diagnosed and repaired my system. They were great as they kept me well informed on my units things to look out for. I learned a ton today just speaking with the guys and learning how everything works together. I can honestly say the customer service overshadowed the issue and price as it was excellent.
