Matt and Andrew were timely and professional. I assisted with the sale of a property that had to have an insurance claim filed and they helped take care of a time sensitive situation for us and did a good job and offered good communication as well.

We were so impressed by RCR! We had a leak in our bathroom and RCR were recommended to us for the recon side of the fix. Gina was always quick to respond to any emails we sent her and explained the process thoroughly. The design team knew exactly what I had in my head and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted for our floors. Matt and Andrew always kept us up to date and in the loop on the work being done. We had a snag with the tile not reaching all the way to the bedroom floors but Matt made sure that it was resolved. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable that it made this stressful experience super smooth! We love our new bathroom floors and RCR will be the first ones we call with any future projects! We had some flooding and needed to replace the hardwoods in our home. This was an insurance claim plus some out of pocket upgrades. My wife had only a few weeks before delivery of our new baby and we definitely needed it done prior to this happening. Matt and Andrew understood the assignment and got to work getting the job done in record time. The upgraded tile floors in the laundry room look fantastic and couldn’t be happier with them. They were able to secure the exact same engineered hardwoods as before because we loved they way they look. The subcontractor left a little bit of a mess and during a walkthrough Matt and Andrew both got down on there hands and knees to assist with cleanup. Hats off to RCR for hiring the right people.
