Matt & Andrew were great and professional! Easy to work with and very informative! We had a pipe to break and reconstruction would be a long process. We had some flooding and needed to replace the hardwoods in our home. This was an insurance claim plus some out of pocket upgrades. My wife had only a few weeks before delivery of our new baby and we definitely needed it done prior to this happening. Matt and Andrew understood the assignment and got to work getting the job done in record time. The upgraded tile floors in the laundry room look fantastic and couldn’t be happier with them. They were able to secure the exact same engineered hardwoods as before because we loved they way they look. The subcontractor left a little bit of a mess and during a walkthrough Matt and Andrew both got down on there hands and knees to assist with cleanup. Hats off to RCR for hiring the right people. My house flooded and Servpro recommended RCR. I could have just immediately agreed to use them but I wanted to check their reviews first. Turns out that hiring RCR was the best part of this entire situation. My house looks IMMACULATE! It was a fairly new build, but somehow I feel like it looks even better now than before. Matt and Andrew were an absolute DREAM to work with, and even though I was really depressed about my new house flooding and the nightmare of dealing with unresponsive insurance adjusters, they were always there for me every step of the way. I just couldn't be happier with my results. I also need to mention the cabinet guy Justin, because he added drawers that I didn't even have before and I'm pretty thrilled to have that extra space now! Thanks guys!!
