Aire Serv of Savannah

Jeremy from Aire Serv came over after our thermostat stopped working and our AC shut down. We were new in this house and not only did he fix the immediate problem, he also walked us through a variety of things to watch out for and maintain as we settle into the home. He was friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely be using Aire Serv for all HVAC issues long term.

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the Aire Serv Savannah team for making right an issue with my A/C unit. A day after an Aire Serv technician serviced my A/C unit, the condenser burned up even though the unit had not been in use for several months. The sent a technician over right away and determined that a lead had not attached correctly. The owner took immediate responsibility and provided me with a new unit. The installation technicians, Andrew and Hunter, were excellent- extremely polite and respectful but most importantly competent. This is the type of business everyone should use.
