Driver is reckless and rude. Flipped us off when he was the one who needs to learn how to merge in traffic

Called American Plumbing to snake a drain line to the bathtub, service was scheduled for Wednesday 4/21 between 9-11 but they didn't show. Tried calling but their number continued to ring, tried calling several more times and still no answer. Tried calling the other number found online and it was a busy tone. Time off work was taken to be available for the appointment so there's pay loss and there is still a backed up tub.

These people were hired to do the plumbing for two bathrooms in a new addition to our house. The two-man crew did an abysmal job. There isn't enough space to list all of the mistakes made. They flooded the job site twice, and that's just for starters. Since that time, I've had to call American Plumbing to fix 3 other problems. Each time, the crew they sent commented on the poor quality of work done (they didn't seem to know it was their company). The latest repair required the ceiling to be cut away. That was three weeks ago. Still no phone call regarding fixing the ceiling. Never ever use this company. I understand that mistakes happen, but I shouldn't have to spend months repeatedly calling to beg them to fix their mistakes. They are disgraceful.
