Update: We knew a new AC install was coming but it wasn’t a matter of if but when… fast forward a few years and today we have become “official” with the Canady family. These guys Arrived promptly as promised, completed installation earlier than expected, my home was left spotless AND Zack even rehung artwork that was a little too heavy for me to reach on my stairway. Canady you have great employees -treat them Well! I’m so glad we made the decision to use this team for our home maintenance service. The admin staff are always friendly and courteous. The techs that come out go above and beyond in helping us understand how to make our home function at its best. This was a great experience for me especially under the severe heat conditions we're experiencing in my city. Everything was explained thoroughly. The process was smooth and professional. Chris was patient, polite, friendly and simply amazing. Advised us on the 2x year maintenance plan and how to get signed up. Canady's customer service and techs are on top of their game. Called last night after normal business hours and the CS dept scheduled us for today. I understand they couldn't give a window of arrival, that is perfectly fine, since we were an after hours call. However Chris was here by 3pm and getting it fixed. 5+ Stars. Don't call anyone else. Service: A/C system repair
