Aaron is an AMAZING technician!! Being a female and me personally not having a clue as to what he was talking about, he explained Everything in detail and followed up with pictures. He informed me of my options. Aaron is very knowledgeable and knows his job. He’s also very polite… OUTSTANDING.
Had a great experience! Everyone was very respectful and efficient. Changed our entire AC unit in less time than expected and managed to keep our house clean and cool throughout the process. Donovan was our main guy and he was awesome, very professional and helpful.
Steven was polite and respectful when he arrived. He asked a few questions about the unit. Then started troubleshooting and didn’t take long to come up with a solution. He took a picture and showed me the problem. Explained to me what needed to be done. I agreed and he fixed it. Said if anything else goes wrong to give them a call.
