We used the company for a plumbing inspection on a home under contract with 10 days due diligence. Inspection occurred on 2/9 and we were told we would have the DETAILED report by the next day, no problem. We received an invoice on 2/14 with a 3 sentence report. The plumber spent 30 minutes on property, charged us for 2 hours and the company didn’t send an itemized invoice to show us where the extra cost came from. When we called, the woman shut down our questions with “it’s industry practice, you pay for mileage from prior home to yours”. Fine, but there is no way customers should be responsible for an hour and a half driving when the office is 18 minutes from the residence. Not only did they not get us detailed reports prior to the end of due diligence, but they over charged and didn’t send an itemized report. We will not be recommending them to any of our friends.

My experience with Consolidated Plumbing was excellent in our critical time and need. Sometime customers need immediate same day service and Consolidated provided that type of service. We had no lost time because of their quick response time.
