We had a shut off valve at our foundation bust (thinking it was a leaking spigot). Mr. Rooter reached out from my inquiry within 15 minutes, got a technician out first thing the next day (I reached out just before 5 pm, and it worked better for our schedule), and fixed it in no time! Fantastic job all around.
