We were very pleased with On Time Airs service. Zac Snyder was our service tech. He was prompt, professional and truly cared about our problems.
Blown away by their customer service, our AC went out around 7:30 in the evening. We called On Time HVAC and within 10 minutes Bryan was calling and helping work through the problem. Once we diagnosed the problem, Bryan said he would be out first thing in the morning, meanwhile also offering to personally drop off a couple window units to keep the family cool. Fast forward to the next morning and Bryan was there and had the AC up and running in no time. Couldn’t recommend this company more!!!
The guys showed up on time. They did what I asked them to do. When the job was finished gave recommendations of additional work that would extend the units life. Shawn the lead technician was very concerned and proud about the work He was doing. Cameron the other tech was also like Shawn very efficient and hungry to do anything to please me and make the job a success. Would definitely rate them 6 on the success scale...
