Unfortunately I cannot give a great review. Called Better Plumbing out to come get our drain unstuck. The two that came told me that our cast iron pipe was collapsing and needed to be replaced, but they could get it unstuck for now. If I poured grease down the drain, the clog would likely re-appear. I told them to go ahead and get it unstuck, and I'll consider my options. They get the drain going again. Charged $350, when I was quoted "about $300" but oh well.. Two days later it was completely stopped up again. I hadn't even used the kitchen to cook in those two days, so it wasn't clogged due to grease. I called Better Plumbing again and they told me the pipe was collapsed and needed to be replaced, but they could come back out for another "couple hundred" I called Roto-Rooter who came out and cleared the clog in about 20 minutes, using a large auger with a blade, for $265. The clog has not returned, and Roto-Rooter has a 30 day warranty that will cover them coming back out. The pipe i
