Update: I decided to use the HVAC service since the plumbing went so well. Big mistake! The repair person called before arriving to my home and told me he had received a call from his boss that he had to collect my credit card information OVER THE PHONE. I was shocked. He had performed no service and heck-I had never even met the guy. He went on to say his crew would turn around and not show up unless I gave him my credit card information. He was forceful and attempted to cut me off when I told him NO WAY. I told Samual (repair person) to have his boss call me and at that point he hung up. Get this…he shows up at my house minutes later (unfortunately I was on a business call) so my husband let him in unaware of his unprofessional conduct and the fact that he hung up on me. I do not believe what he did to be the protocol. I called for 3 days straight trying to speak to a manager. Something is not right and Samuel showing up at my door after being so unprofessional was bold. I will NEVE

Yes I would love to show you. The guy was very professional. That came out to the house but I do have a problem. He said I needed a $2000 fan motor. Well I ended up getting a second opinion on what he diagnosed . My problem to be. I had another technician come out. He did a very good diagnostic of my system. He checked everything to see what the problem was. Something all good didn’t even check to find out the thermostat had gone bad and was not kicking on the fan motor. All good didn’t even check that. The second technician replace the thermostat and everything is working fine. It was the thermostat that was not kicking on the motor. The motor was working properly and did not need to be replaced

Everybody I spoke to at Allgood was professional, courteous, helpful, and thorough. Mike, my plumber came out and fix my disposal the same day that it broke. He was also fantastic and I highly recommend all good. Service: Garbage disposal installation
