Sigh, as a person who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing nor where to begin I was looking for a professional consultation and fix for water that was pouring through my ceiling. The simple fix was a leak in my bathtub from a hole on the surface of the tub. They wanted to check the pipes though and that was fine except they cut into my ceiling without letting me know that type of repair is an expensive fix and couldn’t be done by them nor the people they gave me to check for moisture. I wasn’t paying with insurance but out of pocket. A more professional experience would have been “hey this is what we think and why, and if we do this then XYZ.” That didn’t happen. I would have likely said well let’s just wait on that and fix the tub. Well, they sent me a quote for a new bathtub vs a repair that was some astronomical amount. When I tried calling back more than once, to ask for a repair quote and get a solution no one answered. I have two holes in my ceiling now that were found not to

If you are looking for a competent and professional plumber you have found one in Dave. He came by to do a small repair today and I am scheduling a complete bathroom renovation with him very soon.
