There were to new guys out today I had no seen over the years of using this company. And I was very pleased to see the same kind of customer service as I had experienced in years prior. I reached out to AMJ Electrical as lights had begun to randomly start flickering off and on. I liked the reviews they had received and decided to try them. The call responsiveness was great, very professional and polite. Professionally dressed with AMJ shirts. I described the electrical issues and was scheduled a next day appointment. I received a confirmation call . They arrived and listened to my concerns. They represented AMJ beautifully. The problem was more extensive than I was aware but they provided lots of information and what the next steps were & even encouraging time to think it over. I felt very confident in their assessment and the cost is reasonable for what they will be doing.
