Jacob showed up earlier than expected but that was great because a text was sent when he was on the way with his picture and information so I would know who to expect. He was a true professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He found the problem with our system in a timely manner and showed me the bad part and explained everything. Good work. We were having issues with our HVAC unit. We had previously contacted the business that installed the unit but we were not satisfied with their service. We contacted Rowell Heating and Air, the customer rep was great and sent someone with an hour to aid with the matter in hand. Corey was the HVAC tech and he came right away. He took the time to patiently explain everything demonstrating his vast expertise. His customer service won us over and we went ahead and signed up for their maintenance services.
