I had five different tasks - repair surface on hollow-tile wall, address water damage on a dry wall (small area), fix cabinet hinges, figure out small jalousie window (why did water leak during heavy rain) and waterproofing, fixing lanai sliding glass door and fix lock. John did all the work in one day, and I am very satisfied with the results. And he did not overcharge. He is a problem solver - and gave great advice and offered reasonable solutions. He is a hard worker, and very versatile. John is personable and has an enthusiastic attitude, which is nice because I have used handymen before who lack the positive attitude.
