E I Electrical, INC I highly recommend- HECO unexpectedly came to my house to install a new AMI meter. Only later to realize 1/2 my house was without power. Fast forward HECO calls/home visit, only to be told, "call a electrician". So, that I did @ 730am the next morning. Joseph answered my call and quickly set it in motion for electricians Polito & Moriah to come to my aide by 930am. What a relief it was, i am ever so grateful for their knowledge, fast response time, and for trouble shooting my electrical needs. They even provide yearly club membership with benefits and saving that pays for itself. My future plans are in place to have E I Electrical, INC do some much needed re-wiring work on my electrical panel. I've skimped, saved, and even had questionable work done over the years, but NOT anymore. I feel reassured in knowing their expertise, and quality work will benefit and keep my family safe for years to come.

I had an serious electrical issue causing intermittent power losses to my home office. It was a particulalry vexing problem in that power was available and everything appeared normal when I had electricians investigate. Jeff from E I Electrical was promptly dispatched on the same day that we called and methodically investegate each potential cause resulting in the discovery of a power panel that I wasn't aware of and not near the normal hours power panel. He further investigated and discoverd a damaged switch, which was intermittently arcing damaging the entire panel bus. He was able to procure and replace the damaged panel in one day with a very clean installation. Jeff's promptness, behavior, communication skills and performance were exemplary through the entire process. He is among the most professional contractors that I've had work on our home. Polito was very helpful and smart, know his stuff and we were very pleased with his knowledge about electrical repairs. He went out of his way and drove to Home Depot to get parts for the Repairs of the circuit breakers. He explain everything to my husband and contacted our landlord Bob Heigel. Polito is a very hard worker and did an excellent job. I would recommend using this company Service because of Polito. He said he will follow with our landlord in 3 days.
