Very personable technician (Dan), communicated well about what he was doing - supportive that work could be done, all was not as dire as other electricians had intimated! Dan moved smoothly and efficiently from one task to the other, one of which was complicated. Needed some supply help (ladder, ex.) as access to all his equipment was restricted (van door issues). Though 'expensive' - what isn't - I'm comfortable with a professional licensed electrician and realize it costs. Peace of mind is best.

E I Electrical, INC I highly recommend- HECO unexpectedly came to my house to install a new AMI meter. Only later to realize 1/2 my house was without power. Fast forward HECO calls/home visit, only to be told, "call a electrician". So, that I did @ 730am the next morning. Joseph answered my call and quickly set it in motion for electricians Polito & Moriah to come to my aide by 930am. What a relief it was, i am ever so grateful for their knowledge, fast response time, and for trouble shooting my electrical needs. They even provide yearly club membership with benefits and saving that pays for itself. My future plans are in place to have E I Electrical, INC do some much needed re-wiring work on my electrical panel. I've skimped, saved, and even had questionable work done over the years, but NOT anymore. I had an serious electrical issue causing intermittent power losses to my home office. It was a particulalry vexing problem in that power was available and everything appeared normal when I had electricians investigate. Jeff from E I Electrical was promptly dispatched on the same day that we called and methodically investegate each potential cause resulting in the discovery of a power panel that I wasn't aware of and not near the normal hours power panel. He further investigated and discoverd a damaged switch, which was intermittently arcing damaging the entire panel bus. He was able to procure and replace the damaged panel in one day with a very clean installation. Jeff's promptness, behavior, communication skills and performance were exemplary through the entire process. He is among the most professional contractors that I've had work on our home.
