I've used ITS for several projects now. They are extremely professional, reasonably priced, and unlike some others really know their stuff. I am impressed by the professionalism that was apparent all the way through the process, from the quoting and discussion of products to the final bill. I woul definitely use them again and recommend them to any others looking for technology solutions.
Michael and his team were all very efficient, fast, and friendly to trouble shoot our phone system needs. Would definitely recommend ITS if you ever need repairs to an existing phone system or are looking for a new one. Great team to work with!
After interviewing five different A/V installation companies for a big project in Honolulu, we decided to go with ITS Hawaii. You can save time and call them first. Michael was responsive from the first email and continued through the contracting process, procurement updates, installation, and final walkthrough. The installation team was professional, showed up on time, and left the room better than they found it. I highly recommend ITS Hawaii for an A/V installation.
