Leakmaster replaced a damaged portion of my carport and covered the roof of it with their silicone sealant. However a the area where the carport roof tied into the house roof developed a leak. They came back and covered the house roof that met the carport roof at no charge. They did a good job and have an excellent warranty. They have great customer service and go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. They even gave me some leftover to patch a leak that was caused by a contractor that put a screw through the roof. I had some edge roof tiles fall off in the recent storm on Oahu North Shore. I called Ty and he got his crew right to work on the repair including having to go to a used tile location (ours are no longer made), then prep them, paint them and get them on. My Monier Tile roof needed cleaning and recoating. The work began on a Thursday and completed by Wednesday of the following week. No work on Saturday and Sunday. The roof looks awesome, like new. Thankyou Jeff, John and his crew for a joh well done.
