The mitigation leader was very good communicator and worked well over the phone because our damaged condo was on Oahu and we were in Colorado. The restoration process took much longer because of entry permitting and the leader did not communicate as well and the project dragged out longer than expected. We lost a tenant because the restoration was not complete. I liked the restoration manager. He was very polite. All of the work was done well. I would use them again if needed.
