Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This is by far the best plumbing company!! We had an emergency that required immediate attention! The plumbing issue was solved with 1.5 hours of my original phone call! David was so compassionate and professional!! Truly amazed at how great he is!! And he traveled across the island to get here!!! Best company ever!! 15 stars!!

Eddie from Roto-Rooter is amazing!!! My kitchen sink backed up over night. He was at my door within an hour of being called today. He went above AND beyond; he cleared the sink and pipes to the condo common line. MORE importantly, he was the first person to EVER mention a valve that could be put on my sink to prevent this recurring problem (that I’ve had to deal with for more than 20 years) of water and rancid garbage from units above me backing up into my unit. After clearing the pipes, he went to the hardware store to get the valve and installed it for me. I CANNOT express how much I appreciate his service!!! He definitely deserves praise AND commendations!!!

Eddy was very responsive and helpful in fixing our shower leak. He went out quickly and was accommodating. He also let us know about a water heater that may have problems soon due to age. Highly recommended and would use him again! Service: Repair water fixtures
