As a HVAC Contractor here on Oahu I know good workmanship when I see it. Even more I know superior customer service when I witness it. My wife and I came home after a much needed week vacation to the mainland only to find our garage flooded from a hot water tank pipe leaking water every which way. Of course these things don’t happen when you’re at home, only upon returning late at night, tired, and the last thing you want to deal with. I turned the water off and called John early the next morning. As I explained my situation of returning home to a nightmare and desperately needing professional help with this water leak John compassionately set my mind at ease and explained that he was here to take care of my challenge and that I not need to worry as he was here for us. He told me that he would have one of his team members come by to evaluate the situation within the hour. Our home owners insurance sent out a leak detection company after we saw signs of water damage. They found the location and source of the problem, a leak from a pipe, and it needed to be stopped. I called Shoreline Plumbing and they were there within an hour. They were professional, and very thorough and meticulous. They did an outstanding job and made what was an incredibly stressful situation stress free. They were great with my two year old who had to check out what they were doing. I've recommended them to several friends and neighbors already and I have them lined up to come out and replace the rest of the bathroom plumbing while the wall is already opened up by the restoration company. We've had some pretty awful experiences with some contractors recently so I've been avoiding recommending anybody but I would absolutely recommend Shoreline Plumbing over and over.
