I lucked out in getting an appointment the same day I called because the plumber was already working on another unit in my condo. So their responsiveness was amazing. My garbage disposal hadn’t been working for weeks. I figured it needed replacing because I was pulling out rusted metal pieces from within it. When Albert came to take a look at it, he inspected it first to make sure it couldn’t be fixed. I appreciate that he didn’t just try to sell me a new one and take advantage of me. He was able to replace it right away and made sure I had everything in order. Albert was very informative and kept asking me if I had any questions for him, which I had a ton regarding other plumbing issues. Unlike other plumbers I’ve had in the past, he really took the time to answer my questions and educate me on proper maintenance. Albert was very professional, helpful and kept the area tidy. This company is hands down the best in the plumbing business. Truly care and professional, passionate and skilled about the job. They quickly assess and redo to the issue saving you money on troubleshooting by non-experts. I booked this job for my mother-in-law and father in law who are very old and dealing with medical issues, where an additional stress like this plumbing issue could be unbearable to them; but this company was reasonable, responsive, and so professional that it made a world of difference! The plumber that they sent to help replace our hard wired garbage disposal was great. He made sure to check if we can salvage the old one and installed the new one very fast and securely.
