I saw Ko'olau Roof Tech's ad and made an appointment for a roof inspection because my roof is 10 years old and I saw roofing granules coming out of my rain gutters and I wanted to prolong the life of my roof. Kirt arrived on schedule to perform the inspection. The inspection was very thorough with pictures of the condition of my roof and areas that needed minor repairs. He also gave me detail information on the company and the roof treatment product. Kirt is always prompt and keeps you updated by text and email. Besides performing my roof treatment, Kirt secured my loose asphalt shingles, caulked around cracked caulking around solar piping and other areas that needed caulking and redid protruding nails. Kirt also provide me pictures of my roof after the treatment so I could see the before and after roof condition. I will recommend Koolau Roof Tech to anyone who have roofing issues.
