Arrived on time. Worked efficiently. Were able to keep our house cool despite a very hot day . Dave and Pat made sure we understood how our new system worked and advised us to call if an issues arose. Cleaned up the work area. We are very pleased.

Pat Naderman (lead installer) did a great job installing our HVAC system. Great communication throughout the process. Gave us a call 20 min before arrival, and text msg with his picture so we knew who to be expecting. Went over expectations of the demo and install. All work was done with professionalism and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

We are very happy with our new Bosch geothermal install. From Daniel the service technician, Keith in Sales, and Chad and JP who did the installation, it was very professional and they delivered on what they said they were going to do. Those guys really worked hard and did a great job installing the new system. This is our 2nd geothermal installation by 72 Degrees in this house. The first one lasted 18 years without a problem, so it was a no-brainer to go with them again. Thanks for the great job! Mike and Beth Anne
