James, the representative from A+ Roofing that we worked with was a very knowledgeable roofing professional. He was available throughout the entire process from when we first called him to assess the damage on our roof until after the roof replacement was completed. He thoroughly answered every question and went above and beyond in general. We had hail and wind damage and he helped guide us through the entire process. This was the first time we have had weather related damage to our roof and he was a tremendous resource. This involved countless calls with the insurance company and having to get on our roof multiple times both with an adjustor and virtually using his phone while working with the insurance company. I work with Adam from A+ Roofing and Siding for my homes new siding and gutters. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone that needs work done on their home. My home received damage from a hail storm back in April and I was having issues finding a contractor to do the job.
