Quality Control Restoration

I paid $26k for completely roof tear and replacement and addition of gutter guards in 10/2020 for a 3k square foot ranch home. We had met with the salesperson Dustin in early 8/2020, as it was after the derecho, we didn’t have any other options. We noticed later that the water was just running over the gutters where they had installed the gutter guards, even with light rain. The gutters that didn’t have the gutter guards didn’t have the issue. We called 5-6 times and texted the salesperson as well, and directly spoke with Larry Anderson, who I believe is the owner. They kept reassuring me that someone will be out there to look at it, and let me know what the issue is. To this date, nearly July now, and nobody has gotten back to me. once they have your money, and despite warranty, they don’t stand by their work. Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

Dustin Murphy and the whole Quality Control Restoration group did a fantastic job, not only did they help guide us thru the process, they also completed the work in a timely and professional manor. They did a great job installing and cleaning up when they completed the roofing project.
