Quality Control Restoration

We had a hail storm damage our roof beyond repair, and Dustin came out to explain the process to us. Dustin was easy to work with, and his crew is fast & courteous, and they cleaned up thoroughly. He made the process so easy, we would definitely hire him again!

I paid $26k for completely roof tear and replacement and addition of gutter guards in 10/2020 for a 3k square foot ranch home. We had met with the salesperson Dustin in early 8/2020, as it was after the derecho, we didn’t have any other options. We noticed later that the water was just running over the gutters where they had installed the gutter guards, even with light rain. The gutters that didn’t have the gutter guards didn’t have the issue. We called 5-6 times and texted the salesperson as well, and directly spoke with Larry Anderson, who I believe is the owner. They kept reassuring me that someone will be out there to look at it, and let me know what the issue is. To this date, nearly July now, and nobody has gotten back to me. once they have your money, and despite warranty, they don’t stand by their work. Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

Overall Experience was very positive. Initially, I had some challenges with the project manager, but things went smooth as soon as Larry and Scott got involved. They were very responsive answered all my questions. I asked them to come back for multiple inspections, and each time both of them have responded positively to my requests and sent their crew to check things and apply a fix if needed.
