He showed up at noon, not a minute late. Very punctual! He was very knowledgeable, and articulated his intentions along the way. Very honest and professional. I called others and they flaked or didn’t answer at all, when they specifically advertise their 24/7 emergency services. Ron showed up and was very diligent, personable, and knowledgeable. Ron fixed the issue in an hour or less time and explained the issue and treated me like I was one of his own sons.
