Zippy Drain

I had a plumbing emergency early on a Sunday morning which in itself is not ideal for anyone to deal with. Zippy Drain answered my call on the second ring, took my info and said they would have someone call me right back, which was actually literal, as I received a call within 2 minutes. The person calling named Ian, said he was on his way.... Within 30 minutes he was here and got right to work. He was so helpful, went right to work, DID NOT MAKE ANY MESS WHATSOEVER, which is extremely difficult in a clogged sink drain and he did not try to extend time whatsoever on me. He was extremely polite, he was very professional and respectful of my home and he went out of his way to show me what he was doing and how he did it. I had never heard of this company before but will definitely be using them in the future. I would suggest asking for Ian if you can... I am not sure if they take employee requests but if they are willing, you definitely want him to come. Im sure all of their employ

Customer service by phone was responsive and friendly. Came down to do a drain clean in Indianola. Did an amazing job, my washer drain does not overflow any more. Have been struggling with that drain for years now. Keep up with he good work. The price was decent too.

We had two clogged toilets, bathroom sink and tub just at closing time for most businesses. Zippy Plumbing was one of the companies called. Ian was the service provider. Called to let us know he was on his way, very personable and looked for the most efficient way to solve our problem. Less than an hour and everything was unclogged.
