Have been trying to get gas lines run for 6 months. First appointment was a no-show. 2nd appointment was late. 3rd appointment, when they were supposed to run the lines, they said there was a problem and couldn't do it. I finally called around and was told by the city, there is no problem. Waited 4 weeks, thinking I would hear from them and nothing. I call and they want me to start all over, with the let's see what is needed appointment again. We had already done that. That was going to take 4 weeks to get done again! I've spent too much time with this company. They were recommended to me by a friend.

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!
