Joe was very professional. He came out to do an estimate of my roof and found that there was more damage done then what the insurance company had said. Joe and his wife Michelle worked together and made sure that my insurance company paid for the damages that was done to my roof. Joe and his crew came out immediately and fixed my roof after getting the money from the insurance company. They were done in one day. They made sure my whole yard was cleaned up and no debris left behind. I would HIGHLY recommend Bates Roofing to anyone and everyone. They are the best roofing company around!!! Great roofing company I have used them a few times
Bates Roofing recently replaced my damaged roof due to last year's hail storm. They did a wonderful job. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and one would never have known they had been there. I highly recommend this company .
