Showed up first time and fixed clogged drain. I asked about a wet spot on my steps he said it was my outside faucet spraying. He came back to fix it. I started getting water in my basement after. Made 2 appointments he never showed up. Got a different plumber to come and it was never the outside faucet leaking it was the bathtub. He could tell by where the water had stained the wood. His labor is also $145.00 which is pretty high. This new plumber charges $99.00 a hour and fixed the problems. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Sewer repair

Called Josh after hours with an emergency backup in our basement. He was over within 45 minutes. He quickly identified the likely problem and proceeded to scope the mainline. There was clog but he made sure there wasn’t a gas line or electrical line bored through the main line. He then cleaned it with another machine and rescoped it to show it was all cleaned out. He explained everything thoroughly, was very transparent about possible causes, and ways to prevent it happened again. Many plumbers don’t have the equipment and/or the expertise as Josh to do this type of job correctly. I thought the cost was very reasonable based on the circumstances. I hear a lot about people nickel and diming plumbers and then are “surprisingly” unhappy with the work that was done. Although he may not be the cheapest plumber out there, but if you want a plumber that can tackle any job, be very flexible in emergency situations, and get the job done correctly and timely, he is your guy! We had a complicated draining problem in our upstairs bathroom. Josh figured it out and did a great job explaining the problem and getting it fixed.
