I needed an electrician to update an outlet for my new stove and repair a bathroom outlet that wasn't working. PowerTech sent an electrician within a week. The electrician was professional, communicative about what he was doing and why, and an all-around nice person. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and service. PowerTech exceeded our expectations with the work they completed for us. They offered suggestions on various options to ensure our power requirements were met and any future power needs would be satisfied if needed. Called on Tuesday, had an Estimate on that afternoon, approved on Wednesday morning, had an electrician on premises by 10:00am Wednesday and wiring corrected by 3:00pm. Excellent service for two days before Christmas with family coming in on Thursday and no hot water. Helped install a new tankless water heater that needed new 6 gauge wire and new 60 amp breakers.
