Israel was a very professional and kind individual. I had asked for a standard drain cleaning and he was fast and he even walked me through what the original problem was. The price was very fair as well. Will be using viper again!
Claim started on Saturday, they could not come until Thursday/Friday and then cancelled for "an emergency". I should have known after reading reviews that this company is not reliable. I only give one star because you can't give zero. Home Warranty companies should not contract with unreliable plumbers.
